Description

A refurbishment and repurposing of a Neo-renaissance theatre in the heart of Helsinki into a thriving co-working business club. The impressive double height space with existing mezzanine balcony was sympathetically transformed into a communal business club, by incorporating fixed perimeter work booths and banquette seating which retained the original features and materials of the base building.

The variety of mid century classic furniture pieces were carefully selected and specified to be in sympathy with the existing palatial period backdrop, with finishes such as brass, cognac leather and dark woods reflecting the existing materiality of the building.
